The expected delivery time is, ordered before 5:00 PM, delivered the next business day.

DHL

Our deliveries are handled by DHL. Please note that delivery time also depends on how busy DHL is, especially during peak periods such as holidays. This includes 'BLACK FRIDAY & CHRISTMAS'. We do our best to deliver your package to you as quickly as possible, but the final delivery time may vary on such holidays.

How can you ensure that your order arrives at the correct address as quickly as possible? Carefully check that the shipping address is entered correctly, including house number, street name, postcode and any additions. This prevents delays or delivery problems.

Returns

While we believe you always make a good choice with Vibes Fashion, sometimes something might not be quite as you expected. Or maybe you just want to exchange the item for a different size or color. Don't worry, returns are very easy with us. You have the right to return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

How does the return process work?

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, and items must be returned in their original packaging. Please ensure that products are unworn, undamaged, and free of stains. Unfortunately, items that have been worn, washed, or damaged cannot be returned.

Return form

Every order you receive from us includes a return form. You can use this form to indicate whether you want to return or exchange an item. If you choose to exchange, please clearly state the size and color you wish to exchange the item for. This ensures that we can process your request quickly and efficiently. Please note!

The cost of return shipping is at your own expense, so always keep your proof of shipment (such as a PostNL Track&Trace receipt) until your return has been processed. This provides you with extra security and can help with any problems with the return shipment.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the amount to your specified bank account within 14 days. Please note that, if you opt for an exchange, we will send the exchanged product to you as soon as it is in stock. You do not need to pay any shipping costs for the exchange process; we will send the exchanged product to you free of charge.

Specific conditions:

• Ensure your items are unworn and show no damage, otherwise we cannot accept them.
• Items that fall outside the 14-day return period can no longer be returned.
• Make sure there are no stains on the products. Unfortunately, items with stains cannot be returned.
• Important: If you return an item damaged or outside the return period, the cost of resending the item is yours. We advise you to carefully follow the return policy to avoid unnecessary costs.
